💚Thanks so much for your help! We couldn't run a swim meet without your help!   

We appreciate your patience on this and spots will be added depending on what is needed for Each Meet. Please be flexible. 💚

Volunteer Descriptions:  (2 meets per family)

Ready Bench: Line Swimmers Up for their Events. Make sure they go to the correct Lane. Swimmers should have First & Last Name written on their shoulders/backs. 

Clerk of Course: This person will bring swimmers up from ready Bench to their specific event lane. 

Trained Stroke & Turn : A training will happen in May. - 2 spots. We desperately need more parents trained! You also have the best spot to watch your swimmer 😊

Trained Data Entry: Enters each event scores into the software.

Runner: Bring entry sheets from timers to the scoring table. Collect any DQ slips. Stroke & Turn Judges will raise their hand when needed.

Lane Timer: Time swimmers in each race using stopwatches provided by the team.

Set Up: Set up for meets. This position has to be there by 4pm!

Clean Up: Clean Up at the very end of the meet putting chairs/tables back in place.

Age Group Parents: You will gather your assigned age group for their events. 

Hospitality: Walk around assuring that Volunteers, Coaches & Officials have enough water. 

Heat Winner Prize Hand Out: Take our prize bucket and give to the winner of each heat! 

Event/Heat Turner: You will use our  Digital Event/Heat Board to change for Events.

 Gate & Parking Attendant: 4:00pm-5:30pm Position. You will be in charge of checking in the people with Parking Passes. Make sure only Volunteers come on Pool Deck Early. 

Back Up Timer: Ready with our provided timers in the event of a malfunction.

Back Up Volunteer:  Be ready to step in wherever we may need you!
