8:00AM-9:00AM 10-12 year old

9:00AM-10:15AM 13 & over

10:15AM-11:00AM 7-9 year old

11:00AM-11:30AM 6 & under

On Thursdays after a Meet we shorten the practice schedule to allow the older kids more time to rest.

 Pre-season Practice Info

Since the school year has been extended to June 3rd for Fayette County we will not be able to begin our morning practice schedule until after the first meet (June 3rd.) We will be offering evening practices for all non-club swimmers on  Tues May 26th/  Wed May 27th and Thurs May 28th on the following schedule:

6 years and younger- 5:40pm arrival time (in water 6-6:20pm)

7-9 years- 6:00pm arrival time (in water 6:20pm-6:50pm)

10-12 years- 6:30pm arrival time (in water 6:50pm-7:20pm)

13 years and older- 7:00pm arrival time (in water 7:20pm-8:00pm)

The following week we will offer practices on Mon June 1 and Tues June 2 at the following schedule:

6 years and younger- 5:50pm arrival time (in water 6-6:20pm)

7-9 years- 6:10pm arrival time (in water 6:20pm-6:50pm)

10-12 years- 6:40pm arrival time (in water 6:50pm-7:20pm)

13 years and older- 7:10pm arrival time (in water 7:20pm-8:00pm)

For the first week of practice please come to the tennis court located next to the pool at your scheduled arrival time. Coach Drake will be meeting swimmers there and speaking to them before they are escorted to the pool deck for practice. They can leave their towels/ shoes/ bags on the tennis court during their practice time.

Please note:

The Cumberland Hill Pool is generously allowing us to host practices during their open hours. Due to insurance requirements only registered swimmers and members are permitted on the pool deck. Non-members can watch practice from the parking lot. 

If your child is a club swimmer we encourage you to continue swimming at the club practices because half of the pool will be open to the public during the evening practices.

Due to Insurance Requirements, the pool deck is closed to parents, caregivers, and siblings until the pool opens @ 11am. You are welcome to watch from the parking lot area away from the Gate.
