May 19th:  Sky Zone Bash 6:00pm-7:30pm

(Swimsuits will be available for fittings at the Sky Zone Bash)

May 27 & 28 Practices for NEW Swimmers only

6 & Under 6:00pm-6:20pm

7-8 year old 6:20pm-6:50pm

9-12 year old 6:50pm-7:30pm

May 29th Practices begin for ALL Swimmers

June 12th: Team Picture Day (more details to come)

Warm up times:   Home: 4:55-5:25pm     Away: 5:25-5:55pm

Practice is held Monday-Friday at the Cumberland Hill Pool     

Practice Times for 2025 

8:00AM-9:00AM 10-12 year old

9:00AM-10:15AM 13 & over

10:15AM-11:00AM 7-9 year old

11:00AM-11:30AM 6 & under

On Thursdays after a Meet we shorten the practice schedule to allow the older kids more time to rest. The following schedule will apply on Thursday June 5, 26 July 3. We will have regular practice on June 19 and July 10. There is no practice on Picture Day June 12!

Thursday After- Meet Schedule

9:00am-9:45 10-12 year olds

9:45am-10:30am 13 & older

10:30am-11:00am 7-9 year olds

11:00-11:30am 6 years and younger

Due to Insurance Requirements, the pool deck is closed to parents, caregivers, and siblings until the pool opens @ 11am. You are welcome to watch from the parking lot area away from the Gate.
